Forum Rules
Please find below the Forum Guidelines, they are not as rigid as RULES but will be enforced at the discretion of the forum Admin Team and Moderators.
1)There will be no excessive use of profanity, expletive words will be banned using the Word Filter.
2)There will be no distribution of Illegal content.
3)There will be no posts meant to offend or hurt any other member, in a manner which is offensive or inflammatory.
4)Spamming is not permitted; please keep all your posts as constructive as possible.
5)Pornography, nudity, illegal content and Obscenity, may NOT be posted or linked in any shape or form.
6)All posts are property of the poster. This forum and all web sites owned in conjunction with this forum have the right of alteration or deletion of any offensive post. Posts may be deleted for any reasons the forum administrators deem reasonable.
7)Users may not argue a moderators decision publicly. Any and all complaints directed at a moderator must first address the moderator in question via PM. If the problem can not be resolved, then the moderator and user must send their positions to the forum admin. The forum admin will make or change any and/or all final decisions.
8)Pictures may be posted as long as they are not explicite or illegal.
Pictures may not be any larger than 640 Pixels high and 480 pixels wide.
Signatures may contain images, but may not be any larger than 480 (wide)x150(high). Banners are also permitted (within reason). Please keep your sigs to one or two pics maximum. If your signature is larger than the allotted size given or deemed unacceptable by staff, you will be requested by a moderator to resize or change your image. Please also try and keep text signatures under 5 lines. Failing to comply with a moderator's request will result in the removal of your signature. No advertising your site or links to sales or wants lists are allowed in your signature, use the appropiate boards.
9)Foul language is not permitted, any un-called for language will be removed and you will receive a warning.
10) Remember to post in the correct forum. Take your time to look at other topics and see where your topic should go. If your topic is placed in the wrong forum, it will be moved by a moderator.
If a topic is recognized as being posted in the wrong forum, or if the post is a violation of our guidelines then please contact a moderator either via PM or the 'report post to moderator' feature; please do not respond publicly to the member - a member of staff will do what is required upon contact.
Any person/s who attempt to present themselves as a Moderator by posting negatively to a member's topic (which has been posted in error and requires locking or moving to another forum) will be given a warning.
11) Any impersonation of a user from these forums, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in a banning.
12) Linked and locked topics are pruned regularly to reduce page clutter. If you have a question about where your topic went, please PM a Moderator or Administrator before starting a new topic asking where it went, or posting a duplicate of the original topic. We will be happy to provide you with a link to the new location, or a reason why it was locked and/or removed.
13) We operate a 3 strike warning system, warnings can be given by the Admin, Super Moderators or Moderators of this site, You can see your own warning status next to your user details on every post, you CANNOT see anyone elses warning status.
14)The decisions of the Admin are Final, any user not accepting the Admin Decision will be Banned from the forums.
15)A common Sense approach to all decisions will be taken by the Admin and Moderators of this site and thus some inconsistencies will appear, if you have an issue with a particular item please bring it to the attention of an admin or mod via PM or Email
16)The PM system is open to Member group and above. Please note however that PM access will be restricted if it is felt that a user is abusing the system.
All users agree to use the PM system in a proper manner and note that the Administrators of this website keep full records of all PMS and emails sent through this website and will provide them to the police if requested to do so by the relevant authorities. 17)Please note that you are NOT allowed to advertise repaints of Corinthian products for sale on the public message boards. You may name a website but not a direct link that contain repainted nature. You may not advertise them for sale or include any pictures of any Corinthian figures that have been repainted on the boards. Repaints of Non-Corinthian products, however, are allowed.
18)Links Rules -
Links to your own website can be posted in your Profile and in our Advertisement system but not in your Signature. Links to other competing Forums are only allowed to be posted unless agreed by the owners.
All Trading and Ebay links must be posted on the Trading and or Ebay Boards (although certain links may be moved if they are simply referring to ebay for a general point of interest or knowledge). The criteria for this is if the link is being used to sell, trade or otherwise partake in an activity which would fall under the trading or Ebay banners then it should be posted on those boards. Wrongly posted links will be moved or deleted.
Links to Corinthian Related sites may be posted on the forums in the proper places only and must be for information purposes only and not for personal advertisement.
Links to non-corinthian related sites MUST be posted on the Off-topic forums.
Violation of any of these rules will result in consequences determined on a case-by-case basis.
